Our New Farm Haus client, a prominent Brisbane developer, has sold a recently completed Happy Haus for $4.1 million.
As demand for newly built homes soars, our development, Haus Tarragindi has also sold for 3.3m, which at the time, was the second-highest sale for the suburb and the highest on a sub-800sqm block.
